After removing your Source collar, you'll find yourself on the Lady Vengeance. Getting it moving requires unconventional methods; it can't be controlled from the helm. You must explore, talk to NPCs, and find a way to activate the ship's mechanism. This involves accessing Magister Dallis' cabin and using the Ancient Empire Songbook.

Investigate Dead Bodies

Begin by searching the bodies of the magisters and ghosts on deck. A dead magister holds a Sodden Diary containing a password for a stateroom door. You can also obtain the password by passing a skill check at the northern stateroom door. Additionally, find a Strange Gem; it's required to interact with the Portside Stateroom door. A magic mirror nearby allows for respeccing characters.

Find the Portside Stateroom

Use the password from the diary (or skill check) and the Strange Gem to access the Portside Stateroom. Before doing so, examine the unconscious Bishop Alexander to find the Strange Gem if you haven't already. Interact with the southern stateroom door; the gem will be recognized. Use the password ("Fortitude") to unlock it. Inside is Magister Dallis' cabin, containing the next crucial item. The cabin also has a hidden hatch with two ghosts and a Teleportation Prism.

Find the Songbook

Talk to Dallis and exhaust his dialogue options. Locate the Ancient Empire Songbook on a pedestal in Dallis' cabin. Reading it reveals the song needed to move the ship. It's advisable to speak to all NPCs before proceeding, as interaction will be limited once the ship sails.

Set Sail

Go to the ship's deck and speak to Malady. Tell her about the songbook; she'll ask you to sing. Find the dragon figurine to the west and choose the option to sing the song. The Lady Vengeance will begin moving. Be prepared for an immediate ambush by powerful magisters after setting sail. Ensure your party is adequately prepared.
