Initiate the "Lackey" side quest by speaking with Zlata at Vostatek's residence west of Tachov, or directly with Vitek, who is slightly southeast of the house (marked 'B' on the map). This will lead you north to where Vostatek is under wolf attack.

Tracking Down Pepik
After rescuing Vostatek, assist him to his campsite where Pepik was tethered. Follow the horse's trail, carefully examining each clue along the path. This leads to a poacher's camp.
Pepik is held captive by the poachers. Strategically engage them – taking out the lone poachers at the camp's edge first, or cleverly ride away with Pepik before engaging the tougher ones inside.
Return Pepik to Vostatek's campsite. You can then choose to ride with him back to his home, a convenient fast travel option. Your reward? A generous sum of Groschen and access to his home as a safe haven.
With Pepik returned and your coffers replenished, you're free to pursue further quests, romances, or equipment upgrades in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, now available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
