Head to Nishinomiya Shrine, west of Amagasaki Castle, where you can choose to confront them individually or together. Opting to face them as a group leads you to Harima. From the shrine, travel west to Kakogawa Estuary, then northeast to Takagi Otsuka Fort. East of the fort, you'll find the trio in a courtyard beside a medium-sized hut.
