Starting "The Lost Shipment" Quest

Locate the Brannof Hall dining room (near Brannof Boulevard, accessible from the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons. Crucially, speak to him again to receive two vital leads.

Completing "The Lost Shipment" Quest

Investigate both leads. Remove any Town Guard attire before questioning anyone.

Talking to Captain Shirker

Find Captain Shirker aboard The Vincible (docked southeast in town).

After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he reveals the weapons' recipient: a man in a blue waistcoat. Locate this man in the Town Square.

He points you towards "The Illusion," a weapons dealer. To retrieve the weapons, you must impersonate "Sam," who has a monobrow. Obtain this unique hairstyle from the hairdresser on Old Street West (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).

Investigating The Hooked Hand

Your second lead involves The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street). Question patrons until directed to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

The Fishmonger requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing Skill). Write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper – found on Lord Brannof's desk), place it inside the fish, and give it to the Fishmonger. Hide nearby to observe the buyer.

Follow the Furtive Stranger to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove Guard armor). Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry. Defeat the Level 30 thief in combat and retrieve the Plumbatae. Return the weapons to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
