Latest Deadlock update rebalances new heroes and nerf overall damage
Valve's commitment to Deadlock continues, even without a rigid update schedule. The latest patch, while not a major overhaul, introduces significant refinements. A comprehensive changelog is available on the game's forums.

Following the January 18th introduction of four new heroes, balance adjustments swiftly followed. Holliday's Crackshot ability now affects units, halving its cooldown when doing so. Calico's Ava ability gains the power to destroy objects during its activation.
Existing heroes also received attention. Kelvin's health is boosted from 600 to 650. Vendicta's bullet speed is reduced (810 to 740), and her movement speed is slightly decreased (nine to eight). In total, eleven heroes, including the recent additions, were fine-tuned.
Deadlock remains in closed beta, boasting a steady online player base of 7,000 to 20,000.
