The story begins when Darkseid detects a powerful energy signature in Sonic's world and crosses dimensions to claim it. The Justice League and Team Sonic must form an unlikely alliance to stop the tyrannical New God from conquering a new universe.

This comic marks just one part of a major Warner Bros. and Sega collaboration. The partnership kicks off with exclusive Target merchandise, including stylish apparel featuring Shadow the Hedgehog reimagined as Batman.
