If there's one perennial favorite here at Pocket Gamer, it's Cats & Soup. The charming mix of adorable cats and laid-back idle gameplay has clearly won over many of our team. While it might not be my personal pick, I know plenty of you will be thrilled to hear that a brand-new fourth-anniversary event has just launched for Cats & Soup!

Running until September 30th, the Cats & Jazz update brings a host of new additions. This includes the debut of the latest limited-edition cat, the Sunset Tabby, alongside the new Walnut Cracker cooking facility and the Eating Cake resting area. Players can also enjoy special perks like five days of doubled cooking speed, ad-free play, and a returnee pass that grants a Limited Cat Ticket.

You can also claim a variety of a-meow-zing gifts (their pun, not mine) to celebrate the milestone. A 12-day login event rewards you with a Special Guest character, four costumes, and a rideable item for free. Throughout September, daily rewards including gems, costumes, and Observatory Tickets will also be up for grabs.

Of course, the anniversary also brings a selection of special discounted packages, plus new costumes, friends, and skins that match the Cats & Jazz theme.

On top of all this, a new Baby Kitty Travel Destinations event is now underway. Take part in the event draw to collect Travel Destination Photo Pieces and unlock six new destinations. You can also exchange event currency for various items, including the latest Jazz & Autumn theme, five returning themes, costumes, and mini-room furniture.
