Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. After the cutscene, your journey begins.

Locate the Security Desk:

Find a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator. Activating the elevator triggers a zombie transformation of the mannequins. Eliminate them with your hatchet. A ringing phone at the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map indicating the Yellow card's location.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Inside the Director's office, solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift"). More zombies await in the A.C.R. room.

The yellow card is held by a mannequin that transforms into an abomination upon approach. Before engaging, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook from the surrounding area. Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card from the abomination's remains.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility from the A.C.R. room. Next, obtain the Green Card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the facility from the security desk. Answer the ringing phone. You must locate four documents and place them in the file display area.

Mannequins will pursue you; keep your distance by sprinting. The documents are located: on a corner desk, near a round table, on a small central table, and in the cafe near a sink. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie, dropping the Green Card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across from the Administration Wing balcony to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Find the glass chamber surrounded by camera stands; the Blue Card is inside. Eliminate the Mimic that spawns.

The Mimic can disappear; shoot moving objects to trigger its transformation. After defeating it, collect the Blue Card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, then swim through the red tunnel behind the Mangler. Climb the ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock the door using the blacklight code. Start a timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. After draining the water, follow the Mangler's trail to fight it and its horde, obtaining the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Eliminate any pursuing zombies. Answer the red phone, leading to a final confrontation with the Disciple and a horde of zombies. The ensuing cinematic reveals the events were a hallucination.
