Assassin’s Creed Shadows (AC Shadows), now over a month old, continues to evolve with Ubisoft’s planned updates. On May 1, Ubisoft shared its Year 1 roadmap on Twitter (X), detailing new story and gameplay additions.

Highlights include free Story Drops, offering new quests that bring fresh player abilities, allies, world activities, and deeper insights into beloved characters, enriching the core game experience.

Ubisoft also teased the first DLC, The Claws of Awaji, set to release later this year. This expansion introduces Awaji Island, a new region to explore post-epilogue, featuring new enemies, abilities for both protagonists, and an exclusive weapon for Naoe.
