The ARK: Survival Ascended (ASA) 2025-2026 content roadmap promises a year and a half of exciting updates and improvements. Here's a breakdown of what's planned:
2025:
- March: ASA Unreal Engine 5.5 update, focusing on individual DLC downloads and improved performance.
- April: Free Ragnarok Ascended map, a free Bison creature, and a new Fantastic Tame.
- June: A new premium map DLC (purchase required). More details to be revealed soon.
- August: Free Valguero Ascended map, a community-voted free creature, and another Fantastic Tame.
2026:
- April: Free Genesis Ascended Part 1 and Bob’s True Tales Part 1.
- August: Free Genesis Ascended Part 2 and Bob’s True Tales Part 2.
- December: Free Fjordur Ascended map and a community-voted free creature.
Beyond the maps and creatures, the roadmap includes three additional Fantastic Tames throughout 2026. Community involvement is key, particularly for the community-voted creatures. Studio Wildcard is also prioritizing bug fixes, addressing issues such as creature spawning, battle rig functionality, crashes, and exploits. They emphasize listening to player feedback to improve the overall experience.
