Redeeming codes is straightforward, though the system might seem initially confusing:

1. Launch Archero 2.
2. Navigate to the Campaign tab and click the Settings button (top-left, below your avatar).
3. Copy your User ID from the settings menu.
4. Visit the Archero 2 code redemption website. You'll find three input fields.
5. Paste your User ID into the first field, the promo code into the second, and the image verification code into the third.
