Ananta, an upcoming RPG inspired by anime and similar to GTA, will be showcased at Tokyo Games Show

Visitors will have the opportunity to play with cosplayers, merchandise and a hands-on demo

However, this will only be available on PC

If there's one unexpected competitor in mobile gaming, I believe it has the potential to become very popular: Ananta. Combining the vibrant and exaggerated action of Genshin Impact with the expansive open world of Grand Theft Auto and a touch of Spider-Man style movement, it could be a major success on mobile (and more).

But I understand if you are skeptical about Naked Rain's ambitious promises. However, if you happen to be in Chiba from September 25th to 28th, then you're in luck, as Ananta will be featured prominently at Tokyo Game Show 2025.

Naturally, there will be the usual variety of eye-catching activities. Cosplayers, merchandise promotions and contests to attract casual observers who may then want to try a hands-on demo of Ananta themselves

Unfortunately, if you want to test how well Ananta performs on mobile, you will be disappointed because this demo is only available on PC. However, it will allow you to try out two modes, experiencing a car chase through Shinkei City in Story Mode while exploring the entire city in Exploration Mode.

Although it may not provide as much insight into how Ananta functions on mobile as we had hoped, it is undoubtedly appealing as one of the first major glimpses at it in action. I believe the real test will come when Ananta finally releases on mobile and we can see how well it performs there.

There are strong competitors for Ananta among upcoming releases. Why not check out our list of top mobile games currently in soft launch to see what other major titles are set to make an impact on mobile?
