Game Rules:
- Move Numbers: Select a number and move it to an adjacent empty cell or a cell containing the same number.
- Empty Cell Movement: Moving to an empty cell halves the selected number's value. Note: The number 2 cannot be moved to an empty cell.
- Merging Numbers: Moving to a cell with the same number clears both cells and awards points equal to their combined value.
- New Numbers: After each move, a new number appears on the board.
- Game Over: The game ends when no valid moves remain.
