• The Story
The adventure begins in a forest near the village of the Riders. Three young friends—the hero, Lilia, and Cheval—discover a radiant egg.
In a playful moment, they mimic the sacred Rite of Kinship, only to be astonished when their ritual actually works.
The egg hatches, revealing a baby Rathalos, a winged wyvern known as "the King of the Skies." The trio lovingly names him "Ratha" and brings him home to their village.
Days later, without warning, a monster corrupted by "the Black Blight" attacks the village. While they succeed in driving it off, the assault leaves the town in ruins and plants dark seeds of grief in the hearts of Cheval and Lilia.
A year passes...
The hero receives a Kinship Stone from the Village Chief, officially becoming a Rider. Cheval and Lilia both depart the village, each following their own separate paths. Now parted from childhood friends, the hero teams up with the buoyant Navirou and sets out on a grand new adventure into the world of Hunters.
A tale of friendship and triumph awaits—ride forth into the world of Monster Hunter Stories!

Due to a change with Google Play Games, the Network Battle function was discontinued as of March 31, 2020. However, after updating to Version 1.0.2, all Titles earned through Battle Ranks will become accessible.

- To use this app, you must agree to the "Monster Hunter Stories End User License Agreement" (linked below) upon first launch.

- Battle Party QR codes from the Japanese version are not compatible with this release.
