Your alchemical training places you at the forefront of magic and technology, mastering the science that rules both the material world and the celestial spheres. Though much astralchemical knowledge is lost, you might even learn to restore a khalicraft vessel to flee to another world, or operate a colossal battle mech.
Seyj is an ancient city teetering on the edge of revolt. Fifty years ago, the She’ri Empire invaded, toppling the old monarch and occupying your world. Your heritage spans both She’ri colonists and original Seyj lineages, leaving your loyalties divided.
Like every citizen, you must serve in the Royalist army and protect the satrap governor—yet you witness the Revolutionists' protests intensifying daily, rallying to overthrow the satrap and resurrect the former reign.
When the Revolutionists seek to enlist you, will you embrace their crusade for justice? Or will you uphold your oath to the satrap and your duty as a soldier? Perhaps you'll pursue a game deadlier than your strongest alchemical fire, trading secrets between factions as a double agent?
