In the year 2XXX, Earth is devastated by a mysterious virus. The resulting illness, dubbed "zombie" by scientists, causes horrifying mutations—altering its victims' size and stripping away their consciousness. These infected beings are driven by an insatiable attraction to noise and human blood.
You are a survivor in this post-apocalyptic world. To protect your cherished home and the few remaining people, you must construct a base with multiple layers of unbreakable defense. Strategic use of defense towers will be key to fortifying your position and ensuring everyone's safety.
At each level's start, you'll see the play area—an 8x8 grid—and the path monsters intend to take. Your task is to use puzzle-piece-shaped wall fragments to redesign this path, forcing monsters to pass through your defensive towers' line of fire. Your ultimate goal is to protect the home from all incoming attacks.
The home is placed at a predefined location each level. You can position your puzzle pieces anywhere on the grid, provided you leave at least one space open in every row for strategic maneuvering.
Each level consists of 6 intense waves of monsters. Initially, you choose one of two tower cards. After selection, this card joins your pool of puzzle pieces for placement on the grid before the action begins. Following each wave, you can select additional cards, which include two types of tower cards and a stat card. Stat cards provide powerful buffs to all your defensive towers, while new tower cards expand your tactical arsenal in the tower area.
