How to Play:

• Players: 4 players.

• Cards: A standard 52-card deck. Each player receives 13 cards. All spades are trump.

• Trump: In this variation, only spades are trump.

• Objective: Before the game begins, predict the number of hands you'll win. The goal is to achieve at least your predicted amount.

• Bidding: Players, starting to the dealer's right, declare their hand predictions, which are recorded on the scoreboard.

• Gameplay: Players play cards. If no card is on the table, play any card. If a card is on the table, match the suit if possible. If unable to match the suit, play a trump card; otherwise, play any card.

• Scoring: Scoring is based on the difference between predicted and actual hands won:

  • Met or Exceeded Prediction: 10 x (Predicted Hands) + (Hands Won - Predicted Hands) points.
  • Failed to Meet Prediction: -10 x (Predicted Hands) points.
  • Zero Hand Bid: +50 points for winning zero hands, -50 points for winning any hands.

• Settling: "Settling" refers to failing to achieve your predicted hand count.
