Payment Issues: Payments might fail due to:

Virtual Transport Cards:

Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and student cards. Other discounted cards require in-person registration at an SMSBUS office with supporting documents. Top up your card using your card number via the app or through services like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).
